This agreement does not transfer ownership of an extension. A paid key unlocks only the advertised features of its own product.
Use right
ToolWick grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the relevant extension within the purpose and technical limits described on its product page.
A paid right depends on the purchased product, plan and period. Other ToolWick extensions are not included.
Activation and keys
The number of active installations is limited by the selected plan. You can deactivate an old installation when changing devices. Do not share a key or try to bypass activation limits.
Content and third-party rights
Using an extension to view, process or save third-party content does not automatically give you rights in that content. You are responsible for obtaining needed permission and respecting source terms.
Updates
An extension may be updated for security or compatibility. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licence terms.
End of paid access
Pro access may end when a plan expires, payment becomes invalid or the payment is reversed by a chargeback or an exceptional reversal. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
